Buce Pink Lady is a truly rare variety with stems that have a pink tint while the leaves are green with pronounced mid dribs. This plant grows larger than other types and the leaves can get up to 7cm long .Like all the other Buce, it can be grown submerged or immersed. They can The plant is very slow growing, with new leaves sprouting from long, thin rhizomes. It can be propagated by cutting the rhizome and attached to driftwood and rocks using super glue gel or thread.
- If received in a pot, please remove all rock wool from the roots. Where possible we try and ship without pots or rockwool. Due to them being non-biodegradable we prefer to propagate in an environmentally conscious way.
- Buce may melt when introduced to a new tank but as long as the rhizome is kept healthy, new growth will occur.
- CO2 will generally yield better growth rates.
- Stable water conditions are a must, changes should occur over a period of time in order to reduce chances of melting etc.
