Description

Rotala macrandra is a magnificent aquarium plant, but unfortunately, it is very demanding. It needs very good light to develop its beautiful red shades, just like CO2 addition and soft water are vital to ensure optimal growth. Cut the longest stems 5-10 cm from the ground and replant them in the group.

Notes:

If received invitro, please remove all gel from the roots. Where possible we try and ship without pots or rockwool. Due to them being non-biodegradable we prefer to propagate in an environmentally conscious way.
CO2 will generally yield better growth rates.
Stable water conditions are a must, changes should occur over a period of time in order to reduce chances of melting etc.
