- We have the right to:
- Cancel any order and refund the client for whatever reason we see fit
- Refuse to assist any client
- Refuse any returns on livestock
- Orders need to be placed before 12am to ensure despatch on same day
- We use PAYFAST to facilitate all payments, they provide a world class encrypted offsite payment portal
- Any issues arising from payment need to be reported as soon as possible to https://www.payfast.co.za/contact
- If you require payment by EFT please email firstname.lastname@example.org proof of payment or alternatively contact us via email for account details
- Cash Deposits will attract a R50 additional charge
- Courier costs are determined by delivery location
- Durban and Surrounding Areas starting at R50
- Major Cities excl. Durban starting at R95
- Regional/Outlying areas starting at R150
- Any order with the following products listed below may attract a fixed surcharge:
- Substrates 9L and above
- Certain Hardscapes
- Certain products are ONLY for collection in Durban, KZN.
- Shipping will occur once payment reflects within our account, the order will be processed and shipped on the following day.
- Delivery duration is governed by our courier partners and range between 24-72 hours.
- Latest dispatch of plant shipments will be:
- Wednesday – Regional/Outlying
- Thursday – Central Major Cities
WARRANTY / RETURNS POLICY
- If the product is found to be faulty within the first 7 days of purchase, we will either replace or refund once suitable evidence is provided in the form of images or video.
- Claims resulting from negligence, misuse or incorrect operation of products will be dismissed.
- Goods that have been received damaged from the shipping process need to be reported within 30 minutes of being signed for, suitable evidence is required in the form of images or video.
- We do not accept any returns on any products that are not to the buyers liking.
- If your product has a defect which falls within the warranty period, we will assist you in your claims process by providing supplier channels or contact details if we are unable to assist.
- In the event that you wish to return your product, the buyer remains responsible for the shipping fee in order to get the product back to us.
